  • Bagels are preservative free. We recommend freezing your bagels within 24 hours.

    1. Slice bagel prior to freezing. Toast immediately from frozen.

    2. Frozen whole bagel: thaw for 30 minutes OR 425 degrees for 7 minutes.

  • Yes, all the bagels besides cheese bagels are vegan. No butter or egg is used in the bagels.

  • We do not offer gluten free bagels. However, all of the bagels are sourdough bagels. They are cold fermented for 48-72 hours thereby causing the gluten to breakdown. Those with a gluten sensitivity are able to handle these sourdough bagels. Those with a gluten intolerance
